Key Responsibilities
- Holistic Instruction: Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons across English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, and Creative Arts, ensuring a seamless flow between subjects.
- Nurturing Environment: Cultivate a classroom atmosphere rooted in safety, inclusivity, and warmth, where every child feels seen, heard, and valued.
- Individualized Growth: Closely monitor each child’s developmental milestones—social, emotional, and academic—and tailor your approach to meet diverse learning needs.
- Behavioral Mentorship: Guide students in developing social skills, empathy, and positive behavior through gentle reinforcement and structured play.
- Collaborative Partnership: Act as the primary point of contact for parents, providing transparent, empathetic, and regular updates on their child’s journey.
