Creative Associate – Fashion Operations & Production
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Creative Associate to assist in the day-to-day operations of a fashion office and production unit. The ideal candidate should be able to manage coordination between design, karigars, production, and operations while ensuring smooth workflow and communication across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily production and manufacturing processes
- Coordinate with karigars, tailors, vendors, and production teams
- Ensure timely follow-ups on sampling, stitching, finishing, and deliveries
- Monitor quality control and maintain production standards
- Manage operational tasks and maintain workflow efficiency
- Handle petty cash, basic accounts, invoices, and expense tracking
- Maintain production records, stock, and inventory updates
- Assist in sourcing fabrics, trims, and production materials when required
- Coordinate logistics, dispatches, and order tracking
- Support in shoot coordination, styling assistance, and creative execution when needed
- Keep track of deadlines, production schedules, and client requirements
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage teams and handle pressure efficiently
- Basic understanding of fashion production and garment manufacturing
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Problem-solving mindset with proactive work ethic
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and basic accounting
- Ability to work closely with founders/designers and manage day-to-day operations independently
- Professional attitude with strong follow-up skills
Preferred Qualities
- Prior experience in a fashion house, production unit, or creative studio
- Understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and finishing processes
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with artisans and vendors respectfully
- Passion for fashion, aesthetics, and creative environments

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
