Any Graduate (Engineering / Science)
must-have
Strong hands-on experience with: – must-have
- Routing protocols – BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
- Switching technologies – VLANs, STP, VTP, EtherChannel
- Fortinet ecosystem (SD-WAN, FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer) – must-have
- Hands-on experience in Cisco Viptela SD-WAN architecture (vManage, vSmart, vBond controllers) – must-have
Expert/advanced level troubleshooting of: – must-have
Network and SDWAN performance issues
Layer 2/Layer 3 issues and routing problems
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions
- Experience managing large-scale network operations
- Creation of SOPs, runbooks, and KB articles
Basic understanding in Automation & Scripting (Python / REST API / Ansible) – Not mandatory
