We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter & Technical Coordinator with 1 to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment and a strong understanding of software development technologies. Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, technical coordination, software development, or a related technology-focused role.
- Strong understanding of software development concepts, including Frontend, Backend, Full Stack Development, APIs, Databases, etc.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and assess candidate suitability for software engineering roles.
- Experience sourcing and hiring technical professionals such as Backend Developers, Frontend Developers, Full Stack Developers, etc.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing platforms.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment workflows.
- Basic understanding of modern development technologies.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and platforms used in recruitment, screening, productivity, or software development.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work closely with software developers, technical leads, project managers, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software development teams to understand project requirements, technology stacks, and hiring needs.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding.
- Source and engage qualified software development professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking channels.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines, ATS records, and recruitment reports.
- Support software development teams with resource planning and hiring coordination activities.
- Stay updated with current software development trends, emerging technologies, and hiring market conditions.
- Assist in coordinating technical initiatives, project-related activities, documentation, and communication between internal teams when required.
- Contribute to process improvements by leveraging technology and AI-driven tools to enhance recruitment efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in software development, IT support, technical project coordination, or technology consulting.
- Exposure to software development environments and agile methodologies.
- Understanding of Git, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and modern web/mobile application architectures.
- Strong interest in both technology and talent acquisition.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vallarpadam, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
