Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Email Marketing Executive to plan, create, and execute high-performing email campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience with email marketing platforms, campaign optimization, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute bulk email marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging email copy and responsive email templates.
- Manage contact lists and audience segmentation.
- Monitor email deliverability, open rates, CTR, and conversions.
- Perform A/B testing on subject lines and email content.
- Maintain email list hygiene and remove inactive contacts.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for campaign assets.
- Generate campaign performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and anti-spam regulations.
Required Skills
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Brevo, MailerLite, etc.).
- Knowledge of email deliverability, domain warm-up, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Basic HTML/CSS for email templates is an advantage.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Email Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Freshers with relevant certifications and practical knowledge are welcome to apply.
