Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Assistant to support our Planning and Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking project progress, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and assisting in the preparation of reports and dashboards. This role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain, organize, and update project documentation and records.
· Follow up with various departments to obtain project status updates and ensure timely communication.
· Update project schedules, trackers, and progress reports on a regular basis.
· Assist in preparing management reports, project dashboards, and MIS reports.
· Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission of required documents and project information.
· Support the Planning Department in day-to-day administrative, documentation, and coordination activities.
· Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper filing of project records.
· Assist in monitoring project timelines and highlight delays or pending actions to the concerned team.
Required Qualifications
· B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
· 1–2 years of experience in operations, planning, project coordination, or a similar role.
· Fresh graduates with strong analytical and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Basic knowledge of project planning and documentation practices.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
· High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
· Knowledge of project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar) will be an added advantage.
· Experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, or marine industries is preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
