Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire distributors, dealers, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Follow up on leads received through WhatsApp, phone, email, and other channels.
- Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and dispatch.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales, distributor development, or field sales.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel when required.
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- Experience in inks, printing consumables, office supplies, industrial products, or FMCG sales preferred.
- Existing network of distributors and dealers is an advantage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- New distributors/dealers onboarded.
- Monthly sales achieved.
- Customer retention rate.
- Lead-to-order conversion ratio.
- Collection and payment follow-up efficiency.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Okhla, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
