Position: Human Resources ManagerKey Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Oversee employee onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Handle performance management and employee appraisal systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns effectively.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR records.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics for management review.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Pay: ₹15,500.29 - ₹34,414.20 per month
