Job Description
We are looking for a Site Engineer to manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at our Kharar site. The candidate should be responsible, technically sound, and capable of handling site execution, labour, contractors, and material coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction and site execution work.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and required quality standards.
- Monitor labour and contractor activities at the site.
- Check measurements and maintain proper site records.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the project management team.
- Ensure timely availability and proper usage of construction materials.
- Monitor project progress and report daily updates to management.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for quick resolution.
- Ensure proper quality of work and minimize material wastage.
- Maintain site discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Read and understand civil/architectural drawings.
- Prepare basic daily progress reports and site documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of relevant site experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction and site execution.
- Ability to read drawings and take measurements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage labour and contractors.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be willing to work at the Kharar location.
