Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Officer to lead the end-to-end field operations for the "Ujjwal Kal" project. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic field leader responsible for on-ground implementation, community mobilization, stakeholder management, and ensuring that project milestones are met on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the site assessments, vendor coordination, and installation of water filtration systems and sanitation infrastructure in targeted local schools.

Plan, organize, and execute community health screening camps, targeted health awareness sessions, and street plays. Facilitate medical referrals to the local Primary Health Centre (PHC).

Mobilize local youth and coordinate logistics for Life Skills, Digital Literacy, Cybersecurity, and Career Guidance workshops.

Oversee the setup, daily operations, and asset management of the dedicated Community Training Centre in Washivali.

Drive the participatory "Sadak Suraksha ki Pathshala" road safety video campaign by mobilizing local youth actors and coordinating local shoots.

Act as the primary point of contact on the ground for community members, Gram Panchayat officials, school principals, ASHA/Anganwadi workers, and local police/authorities.

Liaise closely with the corporate partner's local team and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination, approvals, and alignment on ground-level activities.

Conduct baseline/endline surveys, community needs assessments, and impact tracking.

Maintain meticulous records of attendance, vendor work quality, and community feedback.

Draft detailed monthly progress reports (MPRs), field updates, and case studies for the management and funding partners.
Profile Requisites:

Fluency in Marathi (mandatory for community mobilization) and proficiency in English (for reporting and documentation). Hindi is an added advantage.

Strong ability to build trust, navigate village dynamics, and encourage participation from diverse community groups (including tribal populations).

Proactive, able to handle on-field challenges (e.g., infrastructure delays, scheduling conflicts) independently.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data collection tools.

Ability to travel extensively to field sites.
Remuneration: Subject to relevant qualification, experience & merit; the consultancy fees range is 37000 to 42000 per month.
