KSKT AgroMart (Kisaan Se Kitchen Tak) is a technology and supply-chain venture delivering naturally grown, chemical-free agro-produce directly from trusted farms. Kaze Living is KSKT's premium grocery and lifestyle retail platform serving customers across Delhi NCR through a combination of distribution centers, dark stores, and last-mile delivery operations.
THE ROLE
We are looking for an Operations & Logistics Manager to oversee the seamless movement of inventory from our Distribution Center (DC) to dark stores and ultimately to customers. The role will be responsible for coordinating inventory transfers, managing delivery operations, optimizing rider utilization, ensuring service-level adherence, and driving operational efficiency across the fulfillment network.
The ideal candidate will have experience in retail, grocery, e-commerce, quick commerce, or supply chain operations and possess strong execution, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
— Ensure timely replenishment of inventory from the DC to dark stores based on demand forecasts and stock requirements.
— Coordinate with store teams, warehouse personnel, and logistics partners to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
— Monitor order fulfillment and delivery performance across all locations.
— Manage rider allocation, route planning, and delivery scheduling to maximize operational efficiency.
— Track and improve key operational metrics including order turnaround time, fill rate, delivery timelines, rider productivity, and inventory accuracy.
— Identify bottlenecks in the fulfillment process and implement corrective measures.
— Work closely with Category, Procurement, Warehouse, and Customer Experience teams to ensure smooth execution.
— Develop and enforce SOPs for inventory movement, dispatch processes, and delivery operations.
— Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce wastage.
— Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and service quality expectations.
— Prepare operational reports and dashboards for leadership review.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
— Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
— 3–7 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, warehouse operations, dark store operations, supply chain, or last-mile delivery management.
— Experience in grocery, retail, FMCG, e-commerce, quick commerce, or distribution-led businesses preferred.
— Strong understanding of inventory movement, replenishment planning, warehouse operations, and delivery logistics.
— Experience managing riders, logistics partners, or delivery fleets.
— Proficiency in Excel and operational reporting tools.
— Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
— Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
