GISFY is a geospatial technology company specializing in GIS, drone mapping, remote sensing, spatial analytics, and location intelligence solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support our data management and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company databases and software systems.
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before entry.
- Review and correct data errors, discrepancies, and duplicates.
- Organize, scan, and maintain digital records and documents.
- Generate reports and spreadsheets as required by different departments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and update information.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
- Maintain data backup and filing systems for easy retrieval. Data entry roles commonly involve collecting, validating, updating, and maintaining records with high accuracy.
Required Skills
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
- Good communication and time management skills. Data entry professionals are typically expected to have strong typing, computer, organization, and accuracy skills.
Qualification
- Intermediate (10+2), Diploma, or Any Graduate.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and data management tools.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior data entry experience will be an added advantage.
