Job Overview:
We are hiring a Business Development Specialist – Clinical Marketing to support business growth through lead follow-up, client coordination, sales support, and marketing campaign assistance.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing client relationships while supporting marketing and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on inbound and outbound leads
- Support client onboarding and account coordination
- Maintain client relationships and assist with renewals
- Support occupational health service promotions
- Assist in marketing campaigns, CRM updates, and lead tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
- Track campaign performance, ROI, and sales reports
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, healthcare marketing, or client coordination
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and reporting
- Ability to multitask and work across teams
Preferred:
- Healthcare or occupational health experience
- Familiarity with Zoho, Athena, or CRM systems
- Experience in lead generation, campaign support, or account management
