We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying potential clients, conducting market research, promoting company products, preparing quotations, negotiating with customers, and ensuring timely order execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.
- Represent the company during customer visits, exhibitions, and business meetings.
- Follow up with customers to ensure repeat business and long-term relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Prior experience in sales and marketing is preferred.
Pay: ₹9,943.82 - ₹33,732.84 per month
