Key Result Areas (KRAs) – Trainee Coordinator (Content Creation – Podcast) The Trainee Coordinator shall be responsible for the following key areas, including but not limited to:
- Podcast Coordination & Guest Management:
Coordinate with podcast guests via email, calls, and messages for scheduling and confirmations.
Share necessary details such as shoot timing, location, guidelines, and requirements with guests.
Ensure smooth communication between guests, hosts, and internal teams.
- Pre-Shoot Planning & Arrangements:
Ensure all pre-shoot requirements are planned and executed in advance (studio setup, equipment readiness, guest arrangements, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams to finalize shoot schedules and logistics.
Prepare and maintain checklists to ensure all arrangements are in place before the shoot.
Crew Coordination & Communication:
Coordinate with videographers, editors, and production crew for shoot requirements and timelines.
Maintain regular communication with the shooting team to ensure alignment on deliverables.
On-Ground Assistance (Podcast Shoots):
Assist during podcast shoots by supporting the host, guests, and production team.
Ensure smooth execution of shoots by managing on-ground coordination.
Handle any immediate requirements or challenges during recording sessions.
Assist in resolving any coordination or logistical issues during shoots.
Post-Shoot Follow-Up:
Coordinate with the editing team for timely delivery of podcast content.
Ensure all required assets (footage, thumbnails, descriptions, etc.) are properly managed.
Follow up with teams to ensure timely completion of post-production tasks.
Communication & Task Management:
Maintain clear and regular communication with all stakeholders including guests, hosts, videographers, and internal teams.
Manage multiple coordination tasks efficiently while adhering to timelines.
Provide timely updates on progress, delays, or challenges.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
