Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Job Posting & Candidate Sourcing: Accurately and efficiently post job openings on various platforms, ensuring timely publication and adherence to company branding guidelines. Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and recruitment databases.
- Candidate Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screening interviews, and shortlist candidates based on defined criteria and industry relevance, presenting a qualified pool to the HR Manager.
- Interview & Assessment Coordination: Schedule interviews and assessments, ensuring prompt communication with candidates and interviewers while managing interview logistics effectively.
- Candidate Record Management: Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
- Industry-Specific Hiring: Handle recruitment for positions related to logistics, shipping, supply chain, documentation, operations, customer service, and freight forwarding functions.
- Coordination with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring timelines.
- Recruitment Reporting: Maintain recruitment trackers, prepare hiring status reports, and update management regularly on recruitment progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2–3 years of recruitment experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding / Shipping industry preferred.
- Good understanding of logistics and freight forwarding roles.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
