Architect & Interior Designer (2–3 Years Experience)
Job Description
ADJS Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented Architect & Interior Designer with 2–3 years of experience and aslo intern for 6 month internship who can independently handle architectural, interior, and site execution projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D drawings (AutoCAD) with complete working details.
- Create 3D models and realistic renders using SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software.
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, furniture layouts, electrical layouts, and ceiling plans.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants.
- Conduct regular site supervision and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings.
- Monitor site progress, quality, timelines, and material usage.
- Resolve site-related issues and provide technical solutions.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and quantity estimates.
- Ensure projects are completed within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Architecture & Interior Design
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- Good knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, V-Ray or similar 3D software.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and MS Office.
- Excellent understanding of construction methods and interior execution.
- Ability to independently manage projects and site execution.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Must be willing to travel for site visits.
Preferred Candidate
- B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design.
- Experience in residential, commercial, and office interior projects.
- Must have practical knowledge of site execution and detailing.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
