Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand vehicle service or repair requirements.
- Inspect vehicles and record customer complaints accurately.
- Prepare job cards and estimate repair costs and service timelines.
- Explain service recommendations, maintenance schedules, and repair procedures to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff regarding vehicle repairs.
- Monitor work progress and keep customers updated on service status.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after service completion.
- Prepare invoices and explain charges to customers.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-up activities.
- Promote value-added services, accessories, and maintenance packages.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in automobile service operations (preferred).
- Knowledge of vehicle systems, maintenance, and repair processes.
- Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,275.15 - ₹30,129.61 per month
