Position: Tele caller / Counselor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller / Counselor to connect with potential customers, explain our financial products and services, and generate business opportunities. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build customer relationships over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Explain company products and services in a clear and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team when required.
- Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduate.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
- Freshers can apply; experienced candidates will be preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
