Role Summary
We are hiring a mid-level partnerships professional who brings a strong existing network, a proven track record of cracking high-value brand deals, and the ability to drive revenue through insight-led campaign pitches. This is not a coordination role. We’re looking for a closer. Someone who’s already earned the trust of brand managers and agency leads, and knows how to move conversations from interest to contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end partnership deals with brands across sectors including education, tech, FMCG, entertainment, and BFSI
- Leverage your existing brand and agency network to open doors and close collaborations
- Own and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Work with internal creative and execution teams to develop strategic, high-impact pitches
- Lead negotiations, proposal creation, scope definition, and MSA finalization
- Maintain and grow relationships with brand decision-makers for repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Report sales funnel activity, lead status, and campaign progress with high accountability
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or brand partnerships
- Demonstrated success in closing deals independently
- Existing connects with brand managers, agency leads, or digital marketing heads
- Strong written and verbal communication; confident in storytelling and negotiation
- Understanding of how youth-focused brands think and spend on marketing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment
Good to Have
- Prior experience working in youth media, influencer marketing, or student-focused platforms
- Ability to co-create campaign ideas with content and creator teams
- Background in business development, client servicing or media buying
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
