We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketplace Operator to manage end-to-end marketplace operations across US-based e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, Wayfair, Target Plus, and Newegg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, catalogue management, inventory updates, pricing, order processing, and performance tracking to ensure seamless marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across US marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, Wayfair, Target Plus, and Newegg
- Process and track orders, returns, and customer queries to ensure smooth marketplace operations
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order fulfilment and resolve marketplace-related issues
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
- Hands-on experience managing seller accounts on Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, Wayfair, Target Plus, and/or Newegg.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and marketplace management tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple marketplace channels efficiently.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
