Fusionpact Technologies is expanding its Carbon Advisory division. We are seeking highly qualified professionals to be empanelled as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) under the Offset Mechanism of the Carbon Credit Trading Scheme (CCTS).
The successful candidate will represent Fusionpact Technologies in technical evaluations, ensuring that offset projects adhere to the highest standards of the Indian Carbon Market (ICM).
To be considered, applicants must meet the following baseline "Competence Requirements" as defined by the BEE:
Education: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / B.Tech, Master of Science (M.Sc.), or equivalent.
Total Experience: A minimum of 10 years of professional working experience in one or more relevant sectors (Power, Industry, Transport, etc.).
Project Milestone: Proven completion of at least 7 projects in any combination of the following:
Validation and/or verification in any carbon market mechanism (CDM, VCS, GS, GCC, etc.).
Consultancy services for successful registration and/or issuance in any carbon market mechanism.
Consultancy services for GHG inventorization under ISO 14064.
Lead Verifier Certification for ISO 14064 (Parts 1, 2, or 3).
Applicants will be scored based on the following weighted criteria. A minimum score of 70% is required for empanelment.

Minimum 70 Marks required to qualify
Technical Review: Evaluate project documentation for the Offset Mechanism under the CCTS framework.
Compliance Audit: Verify compliance with approved methodologies and provide technical feedback to the Technical Committee for Offset Mechanism.
Evidence Management: Maintain and demonstrate academic and experience-wise qualifications via documentary evidence (Referencing BEE Annexure II: Form 1 and Form 2).
Strategic Cooperation: Act as the primary technical liaison between Fusionpact Technologies and the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE).
Due to the rigorous nature of the BEE selection process, applicants must submit:
An updated CV highlighting sectoral experience.
A Project Portfolio: A list of the 7+ completed projects (including dates, sector, and your specific role).
Copies of Academic Degrees and ISO Certifications.
