Position-Junior Accountant
Experience Required
1–2 Years (Healthcare experience preferred)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support the Finance & Accounts team in managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and assisting with financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP.
- Assist in bookkeeping, bank reconciliation statements (BRS), and ledger reconciliation.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Support the preparation of monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Maintain vendor and customer account records.
- Assist during internal and statutory audits by providing required documentation.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal departments for accounting-related matters.
Must Have Knowledge Of
- Tally ERP (Knowledge of Marg ERP will be an added advantage)
- Basic accounting principles and bookkeeping
- MS Excel and MS Office
- Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS)
- Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP)
- GST and TDS basics
- Invoice processing and expense management
