Job Summary
A Sales Executive in a Hero MotoCorp showroom is responsible for promoting and selling two-wheelers, assisting customers in choosing the right vehicle, and achieving monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable two-wheeler models.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, price, and available offers.
- Conduct test rides for interested customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain proper follow-up with prospective customers through calls or messages.
- Assist customers with finance options, insurance, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the RTO and delivery team for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain showroom display standards and product knowledge.
- Update customer details in CRM or sales register.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of two-wheelers and automobile industry.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, billing software).
Qualification
- Minimum SSLC/ 12th Pass / Any Degree or Diploma
Experience
- 0 – 3 years in sales or automobile showroom sales or Freshers
