About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller / Senior Manager Finance to lead the organization's finance and accounting function. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in financial controls, billing operations, cash flow management, statutory compliance, and stakeholder management.
This role requires a hands-on finance leader who can drive automation, improve financial processes, ensure compliance, and support business growth in a high-volume healthcare billing environment.
Key Responsibilities Billing & Revenue Management
- Manage client billing operations ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Drive reduction in billing errors, credit notes, corrections, and customer disputes.
- Handle high-volume billing environments generating 4,000+ invoices per month.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and improve collection efficiency.
Accounts Payable & Vendor Management
- Lead the Accounts Payable (AP) function.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier payments.
- Improve invoice validation, approval workflows, and payment processes.
Financial Control & Compliance
- Establish and maintain strong financial controls and governance frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead internal and external audits.
- Oversee legal, secretarial, and compliance functions.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Prepare Annual Operating Plans (AOP), budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor business performance against financial plans.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify risks and opportunities.
- Present financial reports, forecasts, and business insights to senior leadership and board members.
Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
- Drive effective cash flow planning and working capital optimization.
- Manage fundraising plans, capital structure, and financial risk assessment.
- Ensure financial sustainability and profitability.
Process Automation & Systems
- Drive finance process automation and system improvements.
- Leverage Zoho Books, Zoho Finance, or similar ERP platforms for operational efficiency.
- Build scalable finance processes aligned with business growth.
Mandatory Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
6+ years of relevant Finance & Accounting experience post qualification
Minimum 2+ years independently leading a Finance Function or working as a Finance Controller
Experience in Healthcare, Insurance, Benefits Administration, or similar complex billing-based business models
Hands-on experience in both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
Experience handling 4,000+ invoices per month
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, audits, taxation, and internal controls
Experience preparing AOP, budgets, and financial forecasts
Working knowledge of Zoho Books / Zoho Finance or equivalent ERP systems
Pay: ₹190,000.00 - ₹1,963,474.20 per month
