We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Purchase Manager to oversee procurement operations for our Food & Beverage business. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably in Continental restaurants, hotels, or hospitality establishments. The role involves managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring timely procurement of quality products, and maintaining cost-effective purchasing practices.
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for food, beverages, packaging materials, and operational supplies.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality products at competitive prices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations, kitchen, and stores departments to ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
- Track market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier performance.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining quality standards.
- Control procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, and vendor documentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and company procurement policies
Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
