Experience Required: 6–10 years in hospitality management with strong wedding and event handling experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Oversee complete hotel and restaurant operations.
* Lead all departments including F&B, housekeeping, front office, kitchen, and maintenance.
* Handle wedding operations and large-scale event management efficiently.
* Coordinate with clients for weddings, parties, and corporate events.
* Ensure smooth execution of events with high guest satisfaction.
* Monitor staff performance, discipline, and operational standards.
* Develop business strategies to increase revenue and guest experience.
* Maintain strong customer relationships and handle escalations professionally.
* Ensure operational profitability and cost control.
* Candidate should possess strong experience in wedding management, hospitality operations, and team leadership.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
