Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, maintain inventory, and ensure proper handling of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels
- Handle inward and outward material entries
- Ensure proper storage and safety of goods
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams
- Monitor stock availability and report shortages
- Maintain documentation (GRN, invoices, stock registers)
- Conduct regular stock audits
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
- 1–3 years of experience in store/warehouse management
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Good communication and organizational skills
