Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic engineering graduates who enjoy working with clients and solving real-world implementation challenges. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring customers successfully adopt the Klipit platform by managing onboarding, coordinating integrations, conducting training sessions, and providing implementation support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects.
- Coordinate with customers to gather business requirements and configure the platform.
- Assist clients with API integrations and technical setup in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Conduct product demonstrations and user training sessions for administrators and employees.
- Monitor onboarding progress and ensure timely go-live.
- Act as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase and maintain strong client relationships.
- Troubleshoot basic technical and functional issues and escalate when necessary.
- Prepare onboarding documentation, user guides, and implementation checklists.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver a smooth customer experience.
Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech or equivalent engineering degree.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with internships or project experience in software implementation or customer-facing roles will have an added advantage.
