Designation: International Customer Support & Sales (Night Shift)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Convert incoming order requests via calls.
- Assist customers in navigating our products/services, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to their problems.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, aiming for first-contact conversion.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Must be ok with US shift hours.
- Experience in Sales process.
- Excellent spoken & writing communication.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
