We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business development activities in Mumbai and surrounding regions.
Position: Sales Manager – MumbaiKey Responsibilities
- Generate business opportunities for:
- Nurse Call Systems
- Pneumatic Tube Systems
- Queue Management Systems
- Hospital Workflow Automation Solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with:
- Hospital Management
- Purchase Teams
- Biomedical Engineers
- Maintenance & Engineering Teams
- Architects
- MEP Consultants
- PMC & Project Teams
- Identify upcoming hospital projects, renovations, and expansion opportunities.
- Handle complete sales cycle:
- Lead generation
- Product presentations
- Site visits
- Tender participation
- Techno-commercial discussions
- Negotiation and order closure
- Coordinate with internal design, estimation, and project teams for proposal submissions.
- Participate in exhibitions, consultant meetings, and industry networking events.
- Maintain CRM updates and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–10 years of experience in B2B sales/project sales.
- Experience in healthcare, hospital infrastructure, medical equipment, ELV systems, building automation, or related industries preferred.
- Strong network with hospitals, consultants, architects, and MEP agencies in Mumbai market will be an advantage.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage customer meetings and sales closures.
- Basic understanding of technical systems and project execution process.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related field.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
