✨ About the Role
We are looking for a Manager Manufacturing to oversee and coordinate manufacturing and quality activities with subcontractors, ensuring execution is aligned with defined plans, processes, and standards.
This role will act as the key interface between internal teams and external manufacturing partners, helping to ensure smooth operations, quality compliance, and timely issue resolution.
✅ What You’ll Do
Coordinate day-to-day manufacturing activities with subcontractors in line with production plans
Ensure adherence to manufacturing processes, quality standards, and technical requirements
Monitor production performance and quality metrics, and highlight risks or issues in a timely manner
Work closely with internal teams to support resolution of operational and quality concerns
Drive implementation of tools, processes, and improvements defined by central functions
Partner with Planning, Procurement, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth execution
Support the introduction of new products, process changes, and manufacturing updates at subcontractor sites
Maintain clear communication and reporting on production status, priorities, and risks
Follow up on corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives with subcontractors
Contribute to supply chain efficiency, inventory flow, and order fulfillment through strong manufacturing coordination
What We’re Looking For
✔ 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or quality environments
✔ Strong understanding of production processes and quality control
✔ Experience working with subcontractors, suppliers, or external manufacturing partners is preferred
✔ Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
✔ Good coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to identify issues, assess impact, and support practical solutions
✔ Comfort working across cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
