- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and food safety regulations.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the café, kitchen, dining area, and storage facilities.
- Manage opening and closing procedures.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate café staff.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance and leave.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
- Foster teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure staff comply with grooming and uniform standards.
Customer Service
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Build customer loyalty by maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Encourage upselling and cross-selling of products.
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
- Develop and implement promotional activities in coordination with the marketing team.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve business performance.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor inventory levels and place purchase requisitions as required.
- Minimize wastage through effective stock control and portion management.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory records.
- Monitor food cost, beverage cost, and operational expenses.
Financial Management
- Handle daily cash management and POS reconciliation.
- Prepare daily sales reports and operational reports.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasting.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety standards.
- Ensure all required licenses and certifications remain valid.
- Conduct regular safety and hygiene inspections.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
