Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant solutions
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior consultants
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain CRM updates
- Learn and apply sales scripts, objection handling, and closing basics
Who Should Apply?
- Freshers or candidates with Minimum 6 Months to 1 year experience
- Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Confident, persuasive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable with calling and interacting with clients
- Target-driven mindset
Compensation
- Fixed Salary(based on performance in interview)
- Incentives: Performance-based, no upper limit
- High performers can earn significantly above fixed salary
