Job Description
A Production Executive supports event production activities, vendor coordination, setup supervision, venue recce, measurements, and operational execution for weddings, social events, corporate events, exhibitions, and experiential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in event setup and dismantling operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams.
- Support production scheduling and execution activities.
- Conduct site coordination during events.
- Assist in venue recce, site inspections, and taking venue measurements for production planning and execution.
- Coordinate stage setup, decor placements, branding installations, and production requirements as per venue specifications.
- Prepare basic costing and quotation support.
- Maintain production checklists and inventory coordination.
Experience: 0-3 years
Qualifications
- Degree / Diploma in Event Management, Operations, or Production
Requirements / Skills
- Coordination and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of event production processes, venue setup, and operational workflows
- Vendor handling and communication skills
- Ability to understand venue layouts, measurements, and production requirements
- Willingness to work flexible schedules and on-site
- Basic problem-solving and team coordination skills
