- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards for data platform development and maintenance.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data platform strategies with business goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with cloud-based data solutions and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data architecture principles and data integration techniques.
- Ability to design scalable and efficient data pipelines and workflows.
- Familiarity with data security, governance, and compliance standards relevant to data platforms.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing data platform performance.
