Key Responsibilities
Room Cleaning: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting guest rooms and bathrooms to established hotel standards.
Amenity Management: Replenishing toiletries, towels, minibar items, and linen.
Public Area Maintenance:
Ensuring cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, and public washrooms
Guest Service & Interaction: Responding to guest requests promptly, handling complaints politely, and maintaining a professional, helpful demeanor.
Safety & Security: Operating with, and securing, master keys, reporting maintenance issues or damages, and following fire/safety protocols.
Operational Tasks: Attending briefings, maintaining inventory of supplies, and completing daily productivity reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or similar roles is often preferred, but we accept freshers.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, time management, and effective communication.
Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Common Qualifications & Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
Hotel Management Degree/Diploma. We are also looking for experienced personnel.
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and cleaning equipment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
