Key Responsibilities
Patient Handling & Front Desk Operations
- Greet patients and attendants warmly and assist them with registrations and enquiries
- Manage OPD and IPD patient registrations accurately
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule doctor appointments
- Guide patients regarding consultation flow, investigations, and procedures
Billing & Documentation Support
- Coordinate with billing team for OPD billing, deposits, and discharge-related queries
- Collect required documents for insurance / TPA cases and guide patients accordingly
- Maintain patient files, consent forms, and records as per hospital policy
Coordination & Communication
- Act as a liaison between patients, doctors, nursing staff, and diagnostics
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and patient queries professionally
- Update patients and attendants on waiting times and procedural requirements
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain daily appointment schedules and OPD/IPD logs
- Ensure accuracy in patient data entry in HIS / hospital software
- Follow SOPs related to patient confidentiality and hospital compliance
- Maintain front desk area hygiene, decorum, and patient-friendly environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
