We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the recruitment process and help identify qualified candidates for various positions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with applicants throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and job offers.
Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and online job portals.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
