You’ll build the sales engine.
Role Summary:
You will own our entire CRM and customer lifecycle. From lead to possession, every call, site visit, and rupee will flow through systems you control. You ensure agents follow process and buyers get 5-star experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Own CRM end-to-end: Lead Squared / Zoho / Sell.do admin. 100% lead capture, response SLA, zero leakage.
· RERA compliance: Tag every deal with AP RERA project ID. Enforce RERA-approved docs only. Maintain audit trail.
· Act like bridge between sales and customers.
· Sales Ops: Daily dashboards, weekly pipeline reviews, monthly forecasts. Drive Lead→Site Visit and SV →Bookings.
· Automation: Build WhatsApp/SMS drip campaigns, auto-task engine, payment alerts. Integrate telephony + website.
· Data & Reporting: Weekly dedupe. data hygiene. Report source ROI and agent performance to Managing Partners.
· Run weekly CRM + RERA compliance sessions.
· Customer success: 30-60-90 day post-booking updates workflow.
Must Have:
· Experience: 2+ years managing CRM in real estate/ Telecalling
· Tools: Hands-on with Lead Squared, Zoho, http://Sell.do, or similar. Excel/Google Sheets expert.
· Skills: Process-driven, about data accuracy, can say no to senior agents.
· Knowledge: AP RERA basics preferred. if you’re sharp.
· Communication Skills: Must have fluency in Telugu , English and Hindi
· Compensation: 15000 - 22000 per month. Capping on growth.
· Reports: Direct access to Managing Partner.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
