Al Salama School of Safety Studies is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, preparing financial reports, and supporting the organisation's overall financial management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documents.
- Manage daily accounting transactions, journal entries, and ledger postings.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process employee payroll and statutory deductions.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper financial documentation.
- Monitor cash flow and support day-to-day financial operations.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
