- Prepare a detailed relocation plan with timelines .
- Decide sequencing of machine shifting to minimize production loss
- Identify risks and prepare contingency plans
- Coordinate layout planning and machine placement
- Supervise safe dismantling of machines and equipment
- Supervise erection, alignment, and installation at new location
- Ensure machines are commissioned as per specifications
- Should have a experience of running factory for at least 5 years
- Manage internal staff, riggers, electricians, fitters, welders
- Should see Site Readiness & Infrastructure in Flooring, foundations, Power, DG, air lines, Water, drainage, ventilation
