Provis Technologies is hiring a Business Development Representative – IT Services & Online Bidding for our Jaipur office.
The role involves finding relevant IT projects on Upwork and similar platforms, writing customized proposals, researching and validating leads, maintaining sales data, and supporting business development activities using AI tools.
This is not a generic sales role. The candidate should be comfortable with online research, proposal writing, lead generation, data management, and IT services sales support.
Responsibilities
- Search relevant IT projects on Upwork and similar platforms
- Prepare and submit customized proposals
- Research leads from LinkedIn, directories, events, websites, and online sources
- Validate and enrich lead data with company details, website, LinkedIn, industry, decision-maker details, email, phone, location, and service relevance
- Maintain organized lead databases in Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM tools
- Draft emails, LinkedIn messages, Upwork proposals, and follow-up messages
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude for proposal writing, lead research, and sales support
- Review project requirements and check whether they match company services
- Coordinate with the internal team for project scope and estimation inputs
- Maintain proposal records, lead sheets, research notes, and CRM updates
- Track daily bidding, lead generation, and follow-up activities
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, online bidding, IT sales, or sales operations
- Experience with Upwork bidding or similar platforms preferred
- Good written communication skills in English
- Basic understanding of IT services such as websites, web apps, software, automation, AI solutions, SaaS, eCommerce, and cloud services
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM tools
- Ability to research, organize, validate, and enrich lead data
- Basic knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools
- Detail-oriented, organized, professional, and target-focused
- Comfortable working full-time from office in Jaipur

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
