Job Title: Global Visa Consultant
Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Global Visa Consultant with a minimum of 1 year of experience in visa processing. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience handling visa applications for Schengen countries in Europe, as well as the USA and UK. The role requires strong documentation skills, up-to-date knowledge of immigration rules, and excellent client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultation and guidance on visa processes for Schengen countries (Europe), USA, and UK
- Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa documentation
- Ensure accurate completion and submission of visa applications
- Stay updated with current immigration laws, policies, and embassy requirements
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers
- Track application progress and provide timely updates to clients
- Handle client queries and resolve visa-related issues efficiently
- Maintain proper records of applications and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in visa processing or immigration consultancy
- Proven experience handling Schengen, USA, and UK visa applications
- Strong knowledge of visa documentation and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office and online visa portals
