Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at our office in Jaipur. The primary responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
1. Tracking opportunities in rooftop residential and industrial solar market. Also contact vendors.
2. Generating leads and coverting them into business with sales team
3. Creating content in renewable energy SPACE and facilitate publishing on social media and the website
4. Facilitate attending solar energy exhibitions in Rajasthan and NCR.
5. Conversant with AI enabled tools; telemarketing in a discreet manner
6. Ability to make proposals
7. High end relationship management with stakeholders
8. Good oral and written communication skills
9. The role also involves developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives and contributing to the overall success of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and connect with clients and team members
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management in the Solar Rooftop Market, demonstrating the ability to drive revenue growth and manage a sales pipeline
- Proficient in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and adapting to dynamic business environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and capable of working in a collaborative on-site environment
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
