- Manage recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and induction of clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and support payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and NABH standards.
- Maintain training records, coordinate employee development programs, and track certifications.
- Assist in NABH audits by maintaining required HR documentation and compliance records.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and employee welfare activities.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS data, and coordinate manpower requirements with department heads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 0–2 years of HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and NABH requirements.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
