E-Commerce & Q-Commerce Executive
- Manage Zoycare’s online sales and e-commerce platforms.
- Manage online sales operations across e-com and quick-com platforms by ensuring accurate product listings, inventory updates, pricing, promotions, and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with warehouses, logistics, and platform partners to ensure timely deliveries and minimize order issues.
- Monitor sales performance, stock availability, customer reviews, and platform analytics to improve visibility and conversions.
- Handle marketplace campaigns, resolve operational issues, prepare daily reports, and track competitor activities to support business growth and maximize sales.
- Implement promotions to boost online sales.
- Analyze sales trends and website traffic.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+years of e-commerce or online sales experience.
- Knowledge of online marketplaces and digital marketing.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
