Job Summary
Shivaay is looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Excel Intern to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office and Microsoft Excel, along with 1–2 years of relevant experience in handling Excel-based data and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets with accuracy.
- Prepare, organize, and manage reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Perform data analysis, validation, and formatting in Excel.
- Verify data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain digital records while ensuring data confidentiality.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Coordinate with team members and complete assigned administrative tasks.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
- 1–2 years of experience working with Microsoft Excel or in a similar back-office/data management role.
- Mandatory proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data formatting, and basic reporting.
- Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Must be willing to work in the night shift.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
Shift Details
- Shift: Night Shift
- Working Hours: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Weekly Off: Saturday
- Sunday: Alternate Sundays Off
