Job Title: HR Recruiter
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of recruitment experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and assist with onboarding formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
- Experience using job portals and social media for sourcing candidates.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
