Job Summary
The Sourcing Head will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for fabrics, trims, and garment production. This role ensures cost-effective procurement, vendor development, quality compliance, and timely availability of materials to support production and business goals.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with business objectives

Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors for fabrics, trims, and accessories

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency

Monitor market trends, raw materials pricing, and supplier performance

Ensure quality standards and compliance with company and customer requirements

Collaborate with merchandising, production, and design teams for material planning

Manage vendor relationships and conduct regular performance reviews
